Shipping policy

In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of order, and Non-stocked items will need to go through our Production Process before they are shipped.

Our Production Process requires 5-10 business days for Production, 1-2 business days for Quality Control, and 1-2 business days to Prepare for Shipment. An Order Update email will be sent as your order moves through our Production Process, and a Tracking Number will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped. 

NOTE: Not all items that are available for purchase are In-stock. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure your items and sizes are In-stock and able to be received in time. Estimated arrival times are subject to change and the customer will be notified in those instances.
